how to open my archive,pst

I did archive my outlook mail and I can't open it, the message tell me that
window cannot open the file. I should try to open it with internet. How can
I open my archive pst

In Outlook, click File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders File,
depending on Outlook version), browse to the PST, select it, and click OK.
