HOW TO OPEN AN ACCESS FILE IN PUBLIC AREA

I would like to know,
how to open an access file in public area？
there are some people will use the same file,
but, we can not open in public area,
we shoule saveing the file to our PC than open.

If you mean Public Folders in Outlook when you say public area, then that can
not be done. Public Folders are not the same as a folder on a disk drive.
You will have to put your Access file in a shared folder on a network or on
the hard drive on your PC.
