How to not display contents while draging

Hi,

I've been able to turn off "Show contents while drag and dropping". But I
can't find it now.

Right click the Desktop.
Click Properties > Appearance tab > Effects button.

Thanks Keith - I knew it was someware - Heaps of these settings would
improve performance.
