how to network outlook?

I have 2 computers that have outlook on them and I want
to have them share the same information. If anyone knows
what to do please let me know. Thank you so much!

Ditto, is there an easy way to synch my outlook files
between my laptop and my desktop so that I can ensure I
have all my contacts, e-mails, calendars etc when I
travel out of the office and then subsequently do the
same in reverse when I return from a trip?
