How to, multiple contacts

Don

How do I create a mailing list so I can send the same email to multiple
recipients at one time. I'd like to give the group a name and then just
choose it like I would any other person in my contacts folder.
I'm using Outlook 2000
Thanks,
Don............

Three choices:
1. Distribution Lists
2. Separate Contact Subfolders
3. Categories

The first is simple, easy and explained in any Help file. It's fine for
short list that you don't mind maintaining manually. DL's aren't reliable or
robust and have no features.
You can compare the other 2 choices (which most seasoned users prefer) here:

Go into Contacts... NEW / Distribution List. You give it a unique name
and select the members from the address book. It should behave just as
you want.

Thanks everyone I got it where I want it, well almost. Is there a way that
I can hide the addresses on the emails? In other words I'd rather not show
the email addresses of each individual that I send to.
Thanks again,
Don.........

You should also check with your ISP. They may limit you to 25, 50 or 100
recipients in each message. This may require you to have multiple
Distribution Lists.
