How to move PST data to Unicode OST: Move from Outlook 2002 toOutlook 2007

Issue:
Just installed Office 2007 Professional atop Office 2000/Outlook 2002
install. PST WarnFileSize message displays when attempting to update
contacts info in Outlook 2007.

Response:
It won't do you any good. You're using an old format PST which cannot
grow.
You need to move your data to a Unicode OST created within Outlook
2007.

Question:
Could you direct me to additional resources? I am not an IT person,
just a decent user. Right now I am worried that my Outlook will crash
any minute and I will lose all my stuff. This is my top mission-
critical priority. I have upward of 1000 contacts and 1500 messages
in my inbox now---many thousands in my file tree. I am on a RAID back-
up, but if my Outlook file corrupts I will just have a mirrored
corrupt copy.

Should I reverse the 2007 install?

What should I do first?

Which account type are you using? A pst-file indicates a POP3 account but an
ost-file indicates an Exchange account.

Considering that you are now using a pst-file;
1) File-> New-> Outlook Data File
2) Then move all your data from the old pst-file to the newly created one.
3) Once you've done that go to File-> Data File Management and set the newly
created pst-file as the default.

Robert, I have POP3. That doesn't sound too hard. I can do that.

I think I have two PSTs actually, but the same process would apply to
both PSTs, correct? I realize there can be only one default. No
worries there.
