how to modify the global address list path in outlook

hi,
in my company we are using outlook 2003 US and FR with exchange 2003 US.
when we re using outlook US, the global address list used is called "\Global
Address List" and when we re using outlook FR, the global list is called
"\Liste d'adresses globale" and this is 2 different lists.

how can i modify this parameter in order the french version uses the
"\Global Address List" path?

thanks for your answer.

That shouldn't make a difference unless your company has actually 2
different Global Address Lists. In that case both are advertised within the
same organization and you can set your default in the Address Book options.

thanks for your answer,
yes we have many different lists.one has more fields than the others and
cause there are many different languages in my company, only the english one
will be updated.
by default, with french outlook the global address list is called "liste d
adresse globale" and it s impossible for me to modify the path.
i deleted it and added it again and modify the path, but here too that s
impossible.
another idea?

Why don't your mail admins not simply drop the lists that are not being used
and updated? In that case there will only be one lists and things cannot be
mixed up.
