How to Migrate without running Wizard

I need to migrate files from my old laptop to my new one. The problem is my
CD Drive is broken as are my USB ports. (My laptop took a tumble due to
small children--very sad event). What is the best way for me transfer my
files?
 
You can do it over a network if you have a router. Otherwise, Google for crossover cable which will allow you to connect the 2 computers. Or, if they both have wireless you can do a peer-to-peer connection that way.
