How to migrate Outlook settings, rules, etc.. to a new PC?

I got a new PC, installed Office but I would like to
migrate all Outlook setting from the old PC to the new,
instead of entering them all again. By setting i mean,
folders, personal folders, access, rules, archive
settings, delegation, etc...

My version is Outlook 2000. Old PC is Windows 2000 and new
is XP Pro.

Thanks

Folders, contacts, notes, tasks, etc. are all contained within a file whose
type is .pst. Copy that file to the new PC and, when you set up your
profile, point to that file. Export your rules with the Rules Wizard to a
file (it will have type .rwz). Copy that file to the new PC and import it
with that Outlook's Rules Wizard. Copy your archive pst to the new PC as
well. I believe the archive settings (frequency, etc.) are in the Registry,
but don't know the exact key. I don't know where the delegation settings
are.
