How to merge with windows mail?

Cannot seem to merge my windows mail with Outlook in the Office 2007
professional.
 
Since these are two completely separate and unrelated programs which no one
would expect to integrate, explain precisely what you need to do. No one
could guess from your post.

Export your WIndows Mail messages to Outlook with File>Export>Messages
