How to merge multiple outlook data files

I have been using a new Outlook installation (2003) for the past few months.
I have another Outlook installation (2000) in the same computer.
How can I transfer all my data (mail. contacts, etc.) from my old Outlook
installation to my new data file so I can have my new and old data in the
same data file?
