how to maximize second and subsequent windows

Somehow if a site opens another window that window is
reduced in size. I am looking for how to get IE to open
the new window in maximized mode.
The first window already does, and the other windows use
too but know they don't
Any help

Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.

Some secondary windows simply won't open truly maximized, but you can resize
the smaller window and have its size remembered: Windows always remembers
the size of the *last* window closed, in any application.
