How to mapping a network driver when user login the AD?

I build a AD in our compay.beause our company all files store a computer.all user can access the shared resource(As M disk mapping to local computer)when our network as workgroup.
I hope everyone can access the M drive when everyone login the AD.the M diver auto.Mapping to local computer.How to do?
i bulid a script (net use).but respond is very slowy.(more than 5 mintues).

In AD UC click on the users accounts and the profile tab you can configure
it to map the drive m and the the share to were the data is or you can use
a logon script net use m: \\server\%username%
