How to make Windows see all free space?

Chkdsk /r marked 110 gb as bad clusters.

You should also run chkdsk.exe /f in order to turn lost
clusters into files which you can then delete.

It may happen there is a corrupted partition that occupy that space. In
this case I recommend Active@ partition recovery utility to try
restoring it. This soft is really powerful and did helped me before.
