How to make Windows Explorer Menu Bar vanish then reappear?

Hi,
How can I disable and then re-enable the Menu Bar in Windows Explorer?

Hit the F11 key and the toolbars at the top of the window will disappear. Hit
the F11 key again and they will reappear.
