How to make the user access to their home path.

Dear all,
I can set a home path for each user of win2000 in Active
Directory User management.
The problem is that how the user can access their home path
when they log in from an Professional XP machine. Do I need to map a
network drive to their home path in each XP machine manually? Or I can
set some setting that can make them access their home path
automatically.

The second question is how can I limit the capacity of each
user's home directory to 1 Gigabytes.

Thanks for you kindly attention.

If you are responsible for other users then you are probably a
system administrator.

If this is correct then you should be in a position to answer
most of these six questions yourself.

If it is not correct then you should not be responsible for
end users.

In either case you can find the answers to your many questions
in Windows Help (Start / Help). I do not believe that newsgroups
are a substitute for training courses or for text books, or to answer
exam questions.
