2K active directory -- new user account creation

I'm trying to produce a new user account with a drive mapped to a home
directory on the server. When I copy an account, I get a duplicate of the
drive mapping. When I try to change the mapped drive to the new user's home
directory, I get a network path not found error.

The same error comes up whether I create the new directory in the same path
as all the other user directories, or whether I try to have the drive mapping
pointing to a home directory that hasn't been created yet.

How do you get the new user's home directory to appear in the network path?

Create a template with \\server\share\%username%

This will represent the username when you copy the account.

The account can't be changed to include the path. I have no 'share' name,
just the server and home directory name. Dows that sound normal to you?

There is a profile tab for the user, change the username to %username%
