How to make replies always come from one email account

The problem I am having is that we use multiple email accounts .
example:
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
etc.

The process of always having to choose which account to send an email from
we do not follow.

I need to be able to set-up some way so that when a person sends an email,
not matter which account received it.
i.e. account (e-mail address removed) received the email. Without having to click the
"Account" button, the reply/forward should be sent from account (e-mail address removed).

Any help is appreciated.
 
Set all the accounts to have the same sending info (Name, server, etc). That
way no matter which Outlook account gets used the outgoing items all look
the same.
