how to make Outlook load at startup?

I would like Outlook to open automatically. I tried adding a shortcut to the start menu
but that did not work. Sure I got a short cut in start but when you look at msconfig
start up, nothing there.

I did this before 2 years ago and cannot remember how to do it!

You add the shortcut to the "Startup" group not just the Start menu.
