Hi, anyone out there knows how to make destop icon fonts
background no color? That means can see the desktop
background...

Hi,

Go to the Control Panel/System applet/Advanced tab, click on the performance
settings button. On the Visual Effects tab, scroll to near the bottom,
ensure that "use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" is checked. If
it isn't, check it and apply/ok your way out.

If it is checked, uncheck it. Click apply/ok/ok, then reboot the machine. Go
back and reenable it.

And if that doesn't work, right-click the desktop background, select
"Arrange icons by" and unmark the "Lock web items on the desktop"
option.
