Hi all

Our GM has her own mailbox and i have created a 2nd mailbox for her called
GM.backup. i have added it in her outlook profile by going to Tools > E-mail
accounts > More settings > Advanced and add the 2nd mailbox here. When i
open outlook i see the 2 mailboxes and she will start dragging some of her
mails out of her BIG mailbox into the new one. My question is : If i'm
offline and open outlook i can only access mails in the first mailbox; NOT
in the second/newly added one. Hoe do i make the new one also offline
available?

Thanks for the help

You can't. Cached Exchange Mode only works on the primary account.

What are you trying to achieve with 2 separate mailboxes for a single
person?

Except in Outlook 2007, on non-mail folders -- those can be cached.

Because the users mailbox is big and the items in folders is starting to get
more than 5000 items which the MVP's don't recommend me so i create a new
mailbox and then the user can drag some of the items into new folders?

Anything else that i can do?

I wouldn't suggest using a new mailbox then. Either archive/delete mails
that are no longer current, break it up in separate folders or apply a
filter to the folder to show recent items only. I've got folders with over
20.000 items in them which are still fast.
