Items can be moved, but they are moved back after reboot.

Don't worry! It'll work with your Windows XP machine.
2. Copy the files in the .zip file onto the desktop. Then place Layout.dll

The options available when pointing at the desktop and right-clicking the
mouse include some of these? I've tried them all and it doesn't seem so...
