how to list people who did not respond to meeting request?

I need to send another email only to those people who did not respond to my
meeting request. What is the direct way of doing it?
 
In case there is no direct way for achieving it, is there a pre-existing
macro? Do we have some add-ins? Please help me, it seems to be very
fundamental functionality that people would commonly require.
