How to link Outlook BCM fields to Excel

Is there a simple way to link an Outlook BCM fields to Excel for analysis?
 
All the data in BCM is in a sql database. You can connect Excel to the
database and pull any data into Excel. Finding the data you want is
another matter.

In v3, BCM has two views, PublicAccountsView and PublicContactsView,
that are designed to be used from other applications; they support
updating.
 
I'm really interested in doing this. How can I do it ?.

You start with menu Data|Import External Data|New Database Query.

It's all documented in the Excel Help.

I done some stuff in this area so I may be able to answer specific
questions, but I can't type a tutorial on Excel data features to the
newsgroup.
