How to keep other user's setting when login

When userA logoff, userB login the domain, any way can let userB to keep the
setting such as desktop, mapped drive, network printer setting........

Any detail step and link can help ?

You could install roaming profiles. The subject is too
involved to be covered in a brief newsgroup note - get
yourself a good text book.

Alternatively you could create a standard profile and store it
in the "Default Profile" folder. Every ***new*** user logging
on at the PC will then get a profile based on this template.
Users who have logged on before you created the template
will not be affected.

Mapped drives are most easily handled by a logon script.
