How to justify categories in a chart

The default setting for the categories in a horizontal bar chart (i.e.,
x-axis labels) appears to be center justified--especially if the category
text wraps. I would like to either: A) make the default right justified; or
B) at least right justify each chart as I see fit.

There may be a way to do this in Excel, but I don't know of any way to do it
in PPT. It's extremely annoying, I know.
