Justify Text on powerpoint slides

In Word four icons left justify, right justify, center and 'justify' appear
for text formatting. In powerpoint the first three icons are there and it is
possible to justify text by using the format menu. In powerpoint the icon to
select 'justify' does not appear. Should it not be available as in Word. Both
products are part of same package MsOffice.
