how to install the vertical text box in the toolbox

What vertical text box? Do you just want to change text direction in a text
box?

Do you mean add the text direction button to your toolbar?

Right-click on a toolbar > choose Customize
Click on the Commands Tab
Choose Format > scroll thru the commands until you see "Text
direction"
Drag it to your toolbar
Close
