ActiveX Control Text Box

OK. I made my activex control box and set the properties for multiline to true
and my scroll bar to vertical. I know I can type in the text box and after I get to the bottom it will scroll like it should. How do you paste text into the box without having to type everything in? Do you have to use VB? If so I have no clue about VB. Any help would be appreciated
