How to install Japanese and chinese language to HP iPAQ for readin

I have HP iPAQ 100, now for reading mail and web, file etc., where I can find
to install Japanese and chinese language to into HP iPAQ 100 for reading
mail, web and file etc. The HP iPAQ100 has the other language can encord to
use but it doesn't includ Japanese and chinese, So I need help and teach me
how to get them what i want to.
