Hi!

I have to make a presentation that reads text from a txt file.
But, if text changes, it have to change in the presentation to...

Please help!

You can get the PowerPoint to update the link on each start-up of the
presentation. Will this be enough, or do you need real-time updating?

For instance, is this to change a presentation that you have running? If
so, you will want to look at Kurt's programs. If you want to have a
presentation ready with the most up to date numbers (as of the start of the
presentation) then perhaps a linked txt file will be enough.

On the slide where you want the text, select the sequence:
Insert -> Object... -> {select } Create From File -> Browse -> [Navigate to
the txt file and select] -> Check the link box -> OK.

That will only refresh data when you open powerpoint. For real time updates
during the presentation you will need www.take-off.as/datapoint
