How to insert a check box in outlook 2007 email

i want to insert a check Box which an email recipient can check of a series
of choices. This is eary to do in Outlook 2003 but i cant determine how to do
it in 2007. Any help most appreciated

Open a new email; "Options" > "Use Voting Buttons".
