how to inactivated the ctrl + a ( short command )

very recently i and my bro opened a internet cafe and its much about games the short command " ctrl + a " makes the "sneaking mode" in counterstrik crap and i need to know how to inactivate it pls pls pls :-)
 
Right click the shortcut to that program | Properties |
Shortcut tab | Remove what's in the Shortcut key: box |
Apply | OK
 
Windows default Ctrl + A is Select all.

Good luck, Fred! I believe that key combo may be carved in stone.
 
You can only kill A altogether not Ctrl + A on it's own. If you want to write a program you can trap the key.
