How to improve this pc?

I decided not to upgrade, i'ts just not worth spending the money on a poor pc. After i spend say around £40+ on the ram + it needs a new psu and a new case because the current case is smaller than the standard ones which is around £25 which means i cant just buy a new psu to fit into the current case, so £60 which i just feel isnt going to improve the pc that much. Im going to see how last it longs and then spend £200 on a new pc which i will build myself. Im sure it will last to the end of the year atleast.
