How to importing from old drive set as slave.

I was trying to import Outlook mail messages from my old hard drive which I have set as slave to my new master drive using the Outlook's import and export wizard.
But I can't locate the appropriate mmf files. Where are my mail messages/folder located? Please help. My old hard drive is from my old PC. Also, any way to import some of my programs from the old drive?

About your Outlook messages: Repost in the correct Outlook group, and state
exactly what version of Outlook you're using (Outlook 97, 2000, XP, Outlook
Express etc. etc.).

About your programs: You will have to re-install each and every one of them.
