How to Import Publisher 2003 into FrontPage 2003

I want to get away from Publisher and start using FrontPage 2003 - how would
I go about getting the website files over to FrontPage - when I use import -
everything doesn't come over from the website.

This issue comes up many times, and the standard recommendation is to start
your web from scratch in FP.
