how to import outlook express inbox files to outlook

I am changing over from using outlook express to outlook. I want to be able
to access, in outlook, the files and folders from O EXP. Can anyone tell me
how this can be done

What Russ said is correct, however, importing from Outlook Express using
Outlook will alter the received dates and times of the messages to match the
import date and time. Many of us find it better to export from Outlook
Express (File>Export>Messages). This will preserve the dates and times, but
it will strip any Internet headers. So, you have to decide what's more
important: the received date and time or the Internet headers (which you
don't usually see anyway).
