how to import lotus organizer 2.1 files into outlook 2002

I am switching (finally) to Outlook after years of Lotus Organizer 2.1
(*.or2) and according to the help, it is possible to import the files using a
converter but when the IEW starts it only shows Organizer 97 (*.or3) or
Organizer 4.0 (*.or4) and higher. I have installed all the converters when
installing Outlook. I cannot export the file from Lotus Organizer because I
am missing odbc.dll and odbc32.dll. Any help would be much appreciated. O/S
is Windows XP and Outlook version is 2002.
