Outlook 2003 & Lotus Organizer

I have just upgraded to OL2003. I routinely import calendar items from
Organizer 3.0 (97). According to the following KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;287688 there
should be an Import converter included in OL2003 for Organizer 3.0,
however, only Organizer 4.x and 5.x are listed in the Import dialog.
Does anyone know where I can find the missing converter?

There is not direct converter, I'm sure if you can do this but does
Organizer export to a CSV file??
