HOW TO IMPORT EXCEL FILE INTO OUTLOOK 2003 CALENDAR

my employer has sent me an excel file that i should be able to import into
outlook to show mmy appointments in my calendar ... i choose import exel /
destination calendar, but "next"is greyed out so i cannot continue

please advise - i can send the excel file if needed

Either name the range on the spreadsheet if that hasn't been done, or if you
don't know how to do that then save the file as a CSV file and import
that...
