How to import a list of files needed, directly in a SLD file (?)

Good morning All.
I'm searching for a tool (or operating mode) which help me with XPE:
Running my customer's applications on XP Pro, using "Procmon" tool, I
obtain a CSV file with all the files (DLL & everything else) the
applications need to run on XPE.
Does exist a tool (or a way) to import this files (from csv, txt or
whatever else format), check components related to it an import these
components in a .SLD file?
By now I do it manually (using the filter function), and it's very
frustating.
