How to I link to number in list

Hi, I have a list of questions (numbered) and then a second list of requests
in the same document. How can I put in a link in the second list to a number
in the first list. For example, I want to say: "from your answer to
question no. 5." I want to link to 5 that will automatically change if for
example question 5 now becomes question 7. I don't want to have to go to the
second list and change it manually. Does that make sense?
