How To Highlight a Number below a certain valuw

I am running into trouble in my M.E. database, I can't find anything to make this
When a certian number get's below a valuw, (*example 5) how can i make it light up in red or black automatically
Hope someone knows the answe

When the cell is selected go to Format|Conditional Formatting. There set
your condition and format your cell to your requirements.
