NoFolderOptions policy can hide the "Folder Options" applet in the Control
Panel, and the "Folder Options" sub-menu under Tools menu in Windows
Explorer.
Navigate to the above registry key, and create a new REG_DWORD named
NoFolderOptions and set it to 1.
