How to have 2 global IPs on Win2003 server

I am trying to find a method to assign more than one Global IP to
a single "Windows 2003 Server" machine.

When I have two NICs installed, the server tries to respond through
the NIC defined as the default gateway, no matter which NIC the
request comes in from.
(I tried it with IIS and Windows Media Service)

Is there a way to setup a server running with more than one
NIC, having a different Global IP assigned to each?

The primary goal is to have a single server on more than
one Global IP line.

So ideas such as,

----------
PC
(One NIC)
|
Hub -- Router 2 -- to InterNet
|
Router 1
|
to Internet
----------

will also be great if it can get the server to respond
properly.

Thank you so much in advance.

Sure. One of my clients doesn't like use multiple headers, so he uses 5 public IP addresses for his web sites on one NIC. this link may help,

Ipconfig Multiple IPs or subnets on one NIC No adapters bound to TCP/IP are enabled for DHCP No IP while the network cable is disconnected ...
