How to get TYPE info of Items in "Deleted Items"?

I want to save the items in ¡°Deleted Items¡± to individual files. But I
don¡¯t know how to find out the type (email,
appointment, contact, task, journal, or notes) of each
item in that folder.

Does anyone know this kind of TYPE property available to Outlook Items?
