How to get 'today's' post on O.E.

Hi:
I am NOT able to get and read today's post on Newsgroup, even though I did
as follow;

Tool<Option<Read< get "500" headers at time

Also, it's 'Blank' on : Message<Rule<News Rule(it's Blank, it's supposed to
see
"New News Rules #1?)

Try hitting Ctrl + H
or
View | Current View | Show All Messages

This will allow you to download all the headers every time you open a
newsgroup folder.
OE | Tools | Options | Read |
UNCheck: Get xxx headers at a time
