how to get the insert key to work

this new MS Office is not very user friendly any more!
I knew how to find things in 2006, now this one slows me down and I have to create my own toolbar to do the things I used to in the oldes version. will never upgrade again after this.

can anyone help me with the 2007 version to get my insert key to work??!!!!
