In MS Word 2007 How to enable INSERT Key function .

If I want to type the word Test, press INSERT and now I can just press the
letter B and the word becomes Best with the INSERT function. Does this
function exist in Word 2007 and how can it be activated if so?

Go to Office button > Word Options > Advanced and look in the first group
(Editing options) for the option "Use the Insert key to control overtype
mode". If that box is checked, then repeatedly pressing the Insert key
toggles between Insert mode and Overtype mode. If the box is not checked,
the Insert key is ignored.

This can also be affected by changes you make to the shortcut key
assignments. By default, the Insert key is assigned to the "Overtype"
command, but that assignment can be changed or removed in the Office button
Word Options > Customize > Keyboard shortcuts dialog.
