How to get the field "To" in ALL Outlook folder headers

The fields 'From', 'Subject', 'Received', 'Size' appear across the top of the
Inbox Folder in Outlook. In fact, these are the fields that appear across
the top of all folders in Outlook.

I would like to change ALL my folders to include the 'To' field.

Modify the default Messages view;
View-> Current View-> Define Views...

Changes you apply to this view will reflect to all folders that are still
using the default Messages view.

Just wanted to let you know that it worked marvelously. I knew it would as I
had used this solution in the past - I just couldn't remember what it was.

Thank you very much!
